Chapter 832

Deep in the Seducing Woods, the living wildlife murmur that "Madam Brulee" is toying with the intruders. Nami, Chopper, and Carrot flee the spear-throwing Randolph, whom Carrot proves is no mink since he cannot wield Electro, and they keep circling back to the buried giant as a landmark toward Luffy. Reuniting with the still-dueling captain, the team tries to retrace their path to the coast but loops endlessly to the same spot. Nami realizes no route back ever existed and that the forest is alive around them. The fake Luffy's face shifts as she transforms into Charlotte Brulee, Big Mom's eighth daughter, and seizes Nami, eyeing her and Carrot's faces hungrily.

Beside the chateau at Lake Aprico, a Germa 66 ship docks and merges with a vast suspended platform of interlocked vessels, unveiled as the Germa Kingdom, the world's only seafaring nation, ruled by the Vinsmokes and crowded with male soldiers in constant training. On a castle balcony Sanji coldly tells Reiju to leave his room, and she counters that thirteen years apart has not thawed him. She points to a portrait of their father standing over four beheaded kings, a record of the Conquest of Four Nations and his ambition to retake the North Blue, and presses Sanji to embrace his royal privileges. He refuses to marry Pudding. Their father, Vinsmoke Judge, then enters, and when Sanji denies him as kin, Judge orders him outside to settle the matter by force.

The chapter names Randolph, exposes Brulee as the duplicate captain, and presents the Germa Kingdom as an ocean-going nation built from Germa 66's ships.
