Partner erupts into a riot at Rasetsu Town as the Straw Hats snatch back Yasuie's corpse, while a recaptured Kid and the SMILE-broken Killer are strung up for water torture just as Big Mom crashes the Udon prison.
Bystanders in Rasetsu Town stare at the infamous Zoro-juurou and Sangoro appearing side by side, each annoyed at the other's presence. While Hiyori wonders whether Sanji is Zoro's ally, Drake takes on his allosaurus hybrid shape. Furious at their meddling, Orochi commands his samurai to cut the two down. Zoro passes Toko to Sanji, and Shinobu tasks Usopp and Franky with pulling Yasuie down from the execution stand as Nami and Robin settle on where the group will regroup after fleeing.
Thinking back on his short time beside Yasu, Zoro sends whirling wind blades at Orochi, who locks up in fright. Kyoshiro parries the attack, and Drake pounces in his full dinosaur form, driving Zoro to leap clear. When Daikoku has the samurai open fire, Franky moves in, absorbs the shots, and crushes the line with Strong Right before hoisting Yasuie's body away with Usopp, Nami, and Robin covering from afar. Kyoshiro orders Orochi rushed back to the castle and cuts Zoro off from the shogun.
Inside the Udon mine, Luffy roots for his crew as their revolt plays across the broadcast. Queen is then told two captured criminals have been delivered: Kamazo, discarded to him by Orochi after a botched job, and Eustass Kid, stumbled upon during the return. Kid puzzles over why Kamazo, secretly his crewmate Killer, laughs endlessly, given he used to pummel anybody who ridiculed that laugh, even concealing his face to bury it. Luffy is floored to learn it is Killer, and Hyougoro notes the Supernova was ruined by a SMILE.
The two are chained by the ankles and plunged into water, then held under as Queen fires the Sumo Inferno back up, swearing they stay submerged until Luffy and Hyougoro perish. Luffy swings at him, but Queen snags the fist and flicks it aside, sneering at his odds while his men worry his sour mood stems from missing his sweets. As Luffy insists he alone decides his end, a thunderous crash sounds outside, contact with the gate guards cuts off, and a shiruko-hungry Big Mom arrives at the entrance.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
A skirmish flares across Rasetsu Town, drawing in Franky, Usopp, Robin, and Nami; Sanji duels Drake, Kyoshiro deflects Zoro's swing at Orochi, Franky escapes with Yasuie's body, and Orochi withdraws. Kid is recaptured and Kamazo is hauled to Udon, exposed as Killer, undone by a failed SMILE, with the Kid Pirates split up after facing Kaidou. Queen puts the pair through water torture bound to Luffy's death, and Big Mom reaches the Prisoner Mines. The cover asks for Hancock flushing after outfitting a little monkey with a straw hat and a Luffy-print shirt. Part of the Wano Country Arc.
In Partner, Kid recognizes the masked Kamazo as his own crewmate Killer, who has been hiding his identity because a failed SMILE fruit left him laughing uncontrollably.
Queen receives two captives: Kamazo, whom Orochi discarded to him after a botched job, and Eustass Kid, who was picked up during the return trip, reuniting Kid with his SMILE-afflicted crewmate Killer.
Queen has Kid and Killer chained by the ankles and plunged into water, restarting the Sumo Inferno and vowing to keep them submerged until Luffy and Hyougoro die.
Franky absorbs the samurai's gunfire, crushes their line with Strong Right, and hoists Yasuie's body away from Rasetsu Town with Usopp, Nami, and Robin covering him.
The chapter ends with Big Mom, craving shiruko, arriving at the entrance to the Prisoner Mines after contact with the gate guards is cut off.
