A Demon-level robotic monster shaped like a spider with a giant three-bladed fan at its core. Demonic Fan overwhelms the Blizzard Group and Fubuki with hurricane-force wind before Tatsumaki takes it apart and Saitama finishes it for good after it reassembles itself.
Demonic Fan is a large metal contraption standing on four legs, each bent at two joints in a spider-like stance. Mounted at its core is an enormous fan whose three blades whirl at tremendous speed.
Little is known of its disposition, though like many Mysterious Beings it acted with hostility toward people.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The robot crosses paths with the Blizzard Group just after they bring down the criminal Banero, and it easily crushes the squad along with their leader, Fubuki. Fubuki's sister Tatsumaki swiftly pulls the machine apart before departing with her. When Saitama shows up and asks the only conscious member, Glasses, about the threat, he is told it has already fallen, yet the Demonic Fan begins piecing itself back together for another strike. Ignoring Glasses's warning, Saitama calmly smashes it to bits.
Rated a Demon-level threat, the machine was formidable enough to rout the whole Blizzard Group. Its huge propeller could kick up winds strong enough to crack concrete and spin up tornadoes, making it hard for anyone nearby to even breathe. It could also rebuild itself from a complete disassembly, and the only sure way to stop it was to destroy the propeller, though neither Tatsumaki nor Saitama had any trouble ending it.
