Ground Dragon is an artificial mutant engineered by Dr. Genus of the House of Evolution. Built to tunnel through earth at speed, he helps ambush Saitama, but his confidence collapses into panic once the hero's true power is revealed.
He takes the shape of a hefty brown mole. A pale marking on his body spells out the kanji for ground and dragon, which together read as mole, and beyond that his standout trait is a set of oversized digging claws.
He starts out cool and sure of himself when the mutant team closes in on Saitama. That composure evaporates the moment Saitama kills the strongest of their number, at which point Ground Dragon turns craven and bolts from the fight.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
His speed underground was his defining trait, letting him bore through soil rapidly. That single talent served two purposes: escaping a losing battle or burrowing beneath a target to seize their legs and haul them below the surface. In video game appearances he gains extra named moves, such as Claw Mark Blow, a rapid flurry of long-clawed strikes, and Underground Prison, in which he lurks directly under a foe before yanking them into the earth.
Acting on Dr. Genus' orders, Ground Dragon joins the squad hunting Saitama. After the hero abruptly kills Kamakyuri and handles Frog Man and Slugerous, Ground Dragon manages to grab Saitama's feet and drag him down until only his head pokes out. When Beast King arrives, the mole surfaces and remarks that a helpless victim makes the job easier, then watches in shock as Saitama tears free with no effort. Alarmed by the hero's strength, he warns Beast King against killing him, and once he sees Beast King fall he dives back underground to flee, only for Saitama to plunge in after him, resurface right in his path, and punch him up through the ground and into the sky. Ground Dragon also appears as a playable fighter in several One Punch Man games.
