Slugerous is a slug-shaped mutant cooked up in Dr. Genus's House of Evolution laboratory. Sent out as part of the squad meant to capture Saitama, the timid experiment survives that failure only to be cut down soon afterward by his own ally, the Beast King.
Slugerous takes the form of a slug given a human shape. His head and torso keep the spotted, slick surface of the creature, dark blotches and all, while arms, legs, a nose, and a mouth round out the rest of the body.
Timidity governs Slugerous, who leans heavily on the might of the other mutants rather than any nerve of his own. He seems to be on especially friendly terms with Frog Man.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Slugerous joins the group dispatched to bring in Saitama. He carries a telepathic gift, sensitive enough to feel Kamakyuri and to register the exact instant that comrade dies. Not long after that death, Saitama and Genos step out of the apartment, and Saitama plants both Slugerous and Frog Man head-down in the earth, sunk to the waist. Slugerous manages to drag himself free later, during Saitama's showdown with the Beast King, but one of the Beast King's strikes finishes him almost at once. His actual combat ability is never measured.
