Tanktop Black Hole

Black Hole cuts a large, powerfully built figure topped with short black hair. His outfit could hardly be plainer, just a pair of pants worn with a black tank top.

Sure of himself and hard to budge, Black Hole flatly refused to accept that a mere C-Class hero could have shattered an incoming meteor. He also has a knack for charisma, able to steer a crowd's mood however he likes. That talent turns manipulative when it suits him, as he swiftly whipped up public anger against Saitama over the wreckage left across Z-City. For all the bluster, though, a coward hides underneath. Once he grasped how badly outmatched he was, he begged Saitama to let him go and openly confessed to the crowd that he had lied about Saitama being a villain.

After Saitama shattered the falling meteor and scattered debris ruined much of Z-City, resentment ran high. As Saitama walked the ruins, Tanktop Tiger sprang out to brand him a liar and a cheat, then summoned his brother. Black Hole confronted the hero and, rather than let Tiger simply attack, boasted of a crueler punishment. He launched into a tirade blaming Saitama for the destruction and the resulting homelessness and lost livelihoods, drawing gathering onlookers to his side and pressing Saitama to give up hero work before challenging him to a duel. When Tiger's charge was swatted aside, an enraged Black Hole lunged to grab Saitama, only for Saitama to seize his hand and crush it until he surrendered, dropping to his knees to apologize and plead for release.

He later joined the Tank Topper Army in hunting Garou to avenge Tanktop Vegetarian, but the group was easily beaten. During the Monster Association conflict he followed his master to the Z-City ruins and helped surround the weakened Garou, the mob only stopping once Zombieman intervened and King arrived. His absence from a subsequent tanktop meeting suggested he had quit both the group and hero work entirely. As a B-Class fighter he ranked near the bottom of his class, relying on hand-to-hand combat backed by a grip strong enough to crush 200 kilograms, along with his gift for turning a crowd. He also appears as a playable character across several One-Punch Man video games.
