Summary

Riding along a winding mountain route with the whole Blizzard Group, Fubuki is asked by Eyelashes why they are heading somewhere none of them recognize. She answers that she is going to meet a certain person and that things could turn violent. Over in R-City, a director pitches Sweet Mask on a fresh seven-member idol act, the Soda Pop Boys, hoping the hero will share the secret to their success. Sweet Mask barely acknowledges them, absorbed instead in phone footage of Saitama shredding Bofoi's defense robots. When he bluntly dismisses the group's worth, the members bristle and start to argue back, until a sudden, bone-deep cold silences them. Sweet Mask tells them their instincts are recoiling from how far beneath him they are, and he declares that they lack the beauty found in overwhelming strength, the kind Saitama possesses.

At his residence, Saitama receives a visit from three fellow A-Class heroes who live nearby, Chain'n'toad, Butterfly DX, and Forte. Forte proclaims himself the building's veteran as its earliest tenant, though Saitama points out the place has only been open a couple of weeks. The trio settle in to introduce themselves properly. Saitama gathers that Chain'n'toad practices martial arts and dons his amphibian headgear specifically to appeal to children.

Butterfly DX is taken aback that Saitama has never heard of someone so well known. He slips into his hero costume and rattles off his television credits, only to learn that Saitama has watched nothing but weather and disaster programming because his previous apartment carried only public channels. Forte then brags that he fights to music, keeping rhythm during combat. Saitama's flat lack of interest needles Forte enough that he challenges the bald hero to settle it outside.
