Summary

Having stepped out of the apartment, Saitama and Forte square off in a parking lot, with Forte agreeing that whoever loses must look after Overgrown Rover and Black Sperm. Chain'n'toad and Butterfly DX gather to spectate. Forte launches into his rhythmic fighting style, and Saitama tries to warn him about a car speeding up from behind. Forte fails to react and gets knocked cold as it strikes him. The vehicle turns out to belong to the Blizzard Group, who climb out. Down in an underground lot, a mysterious man steps from his car and is greeted by three Hero Association staffers. Fubuki picks up on his presence and tells Saitama to follow her, so Saitama, assuming he has already won, passes Black Sperm and Overgrown Rover off to Butterfly DX and departs with Fubuki's group.

The stranger is escorted to a cell holding a seemingly senseless Psykos. Declaring that she has no rights as a person, the three staff members grant him free use of her and thank him for the large sum he has paid. Approaching her, the man calls Psykos a specimen that will greatly advance Tsukuyomi's research. At the mention of that name, Psykos jolts awake and lashes out with her telekinesis, but the man, an esper himself, deflects the strike and knocks her unconscious with a psychic blow.

Meanwhile, a large elevator carries Saitama and the Blizzard Group down toward where Psykos is held. On the way, Fubuki thinks back to facing Psykos during the Monster Association crisis. As they were about to clash, Psykos bitterly accused Fubuki of having sealed away her powers during their school days and of obstructing her yet again. Fubuki recalled that Psykos had once proposed wiping out humanity while the two belonged to a circle called the Society for Supernatural Research, an idea Fubuki rejected. She came to regard Psykos as an enemy, convinced that surpassing Tatsumaki only to reign over an emptied world would be meaningless.
