He first surfaced while gliding down one of the Seducing Woods' rivers as the Sanji Retrieval Team crossed a bridge; he lunged to eat them but they dodged, and once he registered that most were human, he lost interest and left. He later turned up at Charlotte Brûlée's Mirro-World house among her henchmen as she readied a soup made from Carrot. Anticipating a taste of mink, he was undone when Carrot and Tony Tony Chopper broke free; Chopper crept behind him, entered Monster Point, and flipped him by the tail; the fall pinned Brûlée's other henchmen beneath his weight and left the whole group beaten.
