Appearance

Standing tall, Mizuki has a build that is at once curvy, athletic, and muscular, set off by purple eyes. A bandage clings to the left of her face, golden hoops hang from her ears, and her hair, long and a deep orange, is gathered high into a scrunchie-bound ponytail. Her outfit runs sporty: a snug blue top striped down either side, matching track shorts lettered MZK, and three medals slung around her neck.

Personality

Mizuki tackles her duties head-on while keeping a bright, bubbly spark, giddy at the mere idea of a promotion. Her athletic past still colors her, so she calls Sekingar coach and asks for a whistle before charging in. She reveres Superalloy Darkshine, addressing him as senpai, takes his advice on pacing her stamina to heart, and grows worried when she catches him wrestling with shaken confidence. She admires King too and sulks at missing the chance to see him fight. Her sense of duty and teamwork runs deep: pinned by the far stronger Nyan, she still will not drop the fight or the charge Child Emperor placed in her hands.

Abilities

For a B-Class hero Mizuki hits surprisingly hard, so much that Rhino Wrestler scores her Shot Put a thirty out of a hundred, above several A-Class attacks and twice One Shotter's rifle. Her strength lets her crush and behead Wolf- and Tiger-level monsters, drive a javelin into solid concrete, and catch a plunging slab of reinforced concrete on her shoulder to shield Gearsper. A former world-class runner, she owns blistering speed and can counter foes even while glancing behind her, and she absorbs slams, stomps, and heavy impacts without folding. She can also reshape her gear, stretching her baton into a pointed pole or spinning a medal into a cutting disc. Every technique of hers borrows from track and field, cycling through Pole Vault, Javelin Throw, Hammer Throw, Shot Put, and Discus Throw, rounded out by capable ground grappling.

Drafted onto the support squad that storms the Monster Association base, Mizuki tears through packs of monsters in the Z-City ghost town until sheer numbers bring Superalloy Darkshine to her side. She helps wear down Rhino Wrestler until Atomic Samurai finishes him, then joins the push to shepherd Waganma clear. When Nyan strikes, she flings the boy to Food Battler Futoshi, takes a slash to the chest, and still grabs the monster's tail during the heroes' failed bid to hold it before she drops from her injuries. Later, aboard an evacuation helicopter, she braces One Shotter's legs so he can aim at Sage Centipede.
