The Secret Hammer Price Hall

Hotaru grows uneasy and envious when she is introduced to two of Chibiusa's classmates, Naruru Osaka and Ruruna Kobe. The trio ends up at a pawn shop the girls frequent, called Hammer Price Hall. Working together, they pull the shop's owner back from the brink of ruin.

Set after the Dream arc but before the Stars arc, the story opens with Hotaru arriving to shop with Chibiusa, joined by Usagi and Mamoru, who want to buy things before Mamoru departs for America. Two latecomers, Naruru and Ruruna, roll up in a jeep after an afternoon of clothes and ice cream, and their claim to be Chibiusa's closest friends sparks a squabble that drives an embarrassed Usagi and Mamoru away. The girls suggest a pawn shop, and on arriving Chibiusa spots two thugs menacing the owner, who brushes off her concern. Inside, the group admires the merchandise, discovers a risqué Sailor V mannequin and a shelf of Sailor Moon figures, and the owner, delighted they like his handmade costumes, offers to sew some for Naruru and Ruruna.

The next day the same thugs are back, and bystanders explain the previous owner had signed a bad deal with a loan shark. Trucks charge the building to demolish it, and the owner shoves the girls clear before the storehouse takes a hit that cracks it open. A spirit named Otakura, guardian of the storehouse, bursts out and possesses Hotaru. Usagi and Chibiusa become Eternal Sailor Moon and Eternal Sailor Chibi Moon, only for Naruru and Ruruna to appear in cosplay and strike the thugs with a Super White Kick. The furious Otakura begins swallowing everyone, so the owner reemerges dressed like Tuxedo Mask, dubs himself Chubby Mask, and nets the two girls to safety before directing the heroines to finish the spirit with Starlight Honeymoon Double Therapy Kiss, which frees Hotaru.

The pair tear up the loan-shark contract, and though the shop collapses anyway, it is rebuilt larger months later. Naru turns up and scolds her sister Naruru for skipping cram school, startling Usagi and Chibiusa with the revelation that the two are siblings. Naruru and Ruruna quietly tell Hotaru they suspect Chibiusa resembles Sailor Chibi Moon but agree to keep it from her, while the owner remarks that his new winged sign echoes Eternal Sailor Moon's wings.

This finale introduces Ruruna Kobe, Naruru Osaka, the shop owner Makoto Hanmatsuura, and the spirit Otakura, along with the phrases Pink Moon Crystal Power, Make Up and Silver Moon Crystal Power, Make Up, plus the attacks Super White Kick and Starlight Honeymoon Double Therapy Kiss. Originally titled simply Chibiusa's Picture Diary in RunRun and the first-edition volume, it was renamed for the re-release and thereby split off from the numbered subtitles given to the other three entries. The Sailor Moon merchandise on display in the shop was modeled on genuine gifts fans sent to Takeuchi. Although Luna, Artemis, and Diana adorn the chapter's cover, none of them actually feature in the story.
