Úrsula Bezerra
Voice ActorBorn in São Paulo in 1971, Úrsula Bezerra is a Brazilian voice actress who has worked professionally since 1979. In Sailor Moon, she voices Chibiusa Tsukino, also known as Sailor Chibi Moon, as well as the character Housenka in the Portuguese dub.
