Drug Peclo

Peclo is a bulky man crowned with a wild mass of pale hair that fans out like a lion's mane. A metal mask shields the upper portion of his face, marked by red stars over the eye openings. He favors a light brown jacket fitted with four pockets and stamped with the figures 495, paired with matching trousers, an orange tie, and a belt. A dark band wrapped around one arm bears the kanji for death.

Peclo does not shrink from trading insults with his peers among the Underworld emperors, firing back the moment Lu Feld mocked him. Like many figures in the series he owns a distinctive laugh, a sputtering 'Gugigigugi'.

His rank as an Underworld emperor grants Peclo real influence within that shadowy network, enough that the Yonko Big Mom values him and welcomes him to her tea parties. He carries a scythe, usually resting it across one shoulder, and notably was permitted to keep it at the wedding even though guests normally surrender their weapons. He attended the gathering where Pudding was meant to wed Sanji, mingling with the likes of Ichiji and watching the spectacle with delight. When Luffy duplicates burst from the cake he fled the blast, recoiled at Big Mom siphoning the chefs' lifespans, and was unnerved when Brook peeled off a Luffy mask. As the Tamatebako's explosion toppled the Whole Cake Chateau, Peclo plunged down with the collapsing castle. In One Piece: Stampede he is named as one of the Underworld contacts of Buena Festa.
