North Pole Arc

Spanning roughly Chapter 349 onward in the Ragnarok novel, this is the twenty-fourth arc of the sequel series, following the White Abyss Arc and leading into the final Outer God War Arc. It has no webtoon adaptation. The stretch reads as a reshuffling of the world's heaviest hitters, with Russia and the United States both drawn into events that climax at an Arctic base near the North Pole.

Veteran power players regain their old standing as the arc opens. Liu Zhigang is once more acknowledged at the seven-star tier he held in the prior timeline, while Thomas Andre is again counted among the National Level Hunters. Sung Il-Hwan is treated as a presumed national-grade fighter, and Cha Hae-In cements her own undisputed national status, picking up the title Empress of Lightning. Behind the scenes, Suho manages to produce ten doses of the Holy Water of Life. Both Sung Il-Hwan and Norma Selner drink a dose, with Il-Hwan's worn body fully mended in the process.

Combat sharpens as the cast pushes north. Thomas Andre gains the Spiritualization: Giant's Armor skill, and Yuri Orloff is elevated into the Apostle of the Infinite before falling to Thomas in a clash that ends Orloff's life. A new antagonist, Kandiaru, arrives as the King of the Demonic Realm and the Monarch of Illusions. During the fighting Suho's Slaughter skill matures into True Slaughter, and Shadow Nidhogg tears through several Apostles before Kandiaru binds the dragon. Suho then confronts and kills Kandiaru himself.

The struggle leaves Suho's forces stronger and his roster of fallen foes converted into assets. Beru devours the slain Yuri Orloff and inherits his Unwithering Spring and Barrier abilities, folding the dead apostle's gifts into the shadow army. With Kandiaru destroyed and the National Level hierarchy restored, the survivors stand positioned for the concluding confrontation that the next arc delivers.
