Set P is the 111th chapter of Tokyo Ghoul:re. A flashback traces Amon's forced conversion under Kanou and Eto, the transformed Amon rampages before Kaneki's team, and Saiko resolves to fight to save the framed-out Urie.
The chapter opens in the past, with Amon suspended unconscious in a water tank as Eto Yoshimura and Akihiro Kanou eagerly anticipate his rebirth as a one-eyed ghoul. Waking in a cell, he watches Seidou Takizawa being tormented and force-fed, and discovers a kagune-like limb where his severed arm had been. A plate slid through the door proves to be human flesh, and a glance into the toilet water shows him a single kakugan staring back. Recognizing Kanou's handiwork, Amon grasps the full horror of his situation.
Some time later Kanou visits, and Amon glares as he is told to eat or perish. Strapped to a table and fed through a tube forced into his mouth, he despairs at why this torment fell to him. When two Aogiri members escort him outside, a smoke grenade ambush overwhelms them, and Scarecrow emerges to greet the investigator by name.
In the present, Amon erupts, smashing through the glass of his chamber and unleashing his kagune before Kaneki, Ayato, Takizawa, and Kurona. Elsewhere, Touma Higemaru brings Saiko Yonebayashi and Ching-Li Hsiao to Urie's location before he collapses. As Hsiao summons medics, Saiko glimpses Donato on a rooftop, who vanishes moments later. The two climb up to find Urie in a crazed state, scarcely evading an attack, and Hsiao warns that he has framed out and will not return to himself.
Saiko recalls Urie once telling her, Shirazu, and Mutsuki that they had to surpass Arima, the only person able to stop Sasaki. When they answered that strength meant advancement and Special Class rank, he called them wrong: their true task was to put Sasaki down should he ever lose control, and by the same logic he vowed to destroy any of them who went berserk, since a mind-lost Quinx would be classed as an S-rank ghoul and exterminated. He noted that their frames made them steadier than Haise, breaking only under extreme strain, the very condition of a frame-out. Steeling herself, Saiko tells Hsiao to ready for battle and ignites her kakugan alongside Amon, determined that no one else will die.
The flashback details how Kanou and Eto engineered Amon into a one-eyed ghoul through starvation and forced feeding, with Scarecrow later intervening. In the present his transformed self breaks free and confronts Kaneki's group. On the Quinx side, Urie is confirmed to have framed out beyond recovery, and Saiko, recalling his warning about putting down a lost comrade, commits herself to the fight rather than let him fall.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
