The 135th chapter of Tokyo Ghoul reaches a turning point in the Anteiku raid as Ken Kaneki takes a catastrophic hit to his kakuhou, the CCG finally subdues Yoshimura, and a new Owl emerges just as the investigators start to celebrate.
Seidou Takizawa worries over Juuzou Suzuya, and Akira Mado senses from instinct that something is amiss. Trading blows with Ken Kaneki, Koutarou Amon loses his right arm and drifts into unconsciousness thinking of his parents and Donato Porpora. His quinque then fires on its own, blasting away Kaneki's right abdomen where Rize Kamishiro's kakuhou had been implanted. Kaneki spits blood and strains to heal.
The Special Classes push on against Yoshimura. Iwao Kuroiwa loses his left arm but strikes right back. Yukinori Shinohara recalls their combined hits on the One-Eyed Owl and lands a blow, and Kousuke Houji unleashes Chi She to fell and pin Yoshimura.
Word reaches the blockade that the Owl has been brought down, and several investigators begin to cheer, though Akira warns them against complacency. Just as Shinohara salutes Juuzou, a One-Eyed Owl appears.
