Summary

Uryū Ishida races to where Orihime and Sado were last sensed but arrives too late, picking up their spiritual pressure alongside a second, unfamiliar trace. He soon finds the same strange Reiatsu clinging to Keigo and Mizuiro, who carry no powers of their own, and cannot fathom why Tsukishima would target them. Following the residue from the Kurosaki clinic to Ichigo's workplace, Uryū grows certain something is being quietly rewritten around him.

Inside Xcution's game space, Ginjō guides Ichigo through the last of his training, explaining that Fullbring draws on flesh and blood and that stamina is the key to controlling it. Ichigo's Fullbring finally completes, cloaking him in white armor and transforming his Combat Pass into a sword marked with a black X. Ginjō is pleased that the group is close to shedding their hated powers, unaware of how Tsukishima will strike back.

Returning home, Ichigo discovers Tsukishima seated in his living room, embraced by Yuzu and Karin as a beloved cousin. When Ichigo attacks him, his friends and family recoil in confusion, none of them remembering the truth. Isolated and disbelieved even by Ikumi, Ichigo flees again and is stopped by Ginjō, who delivers the grim news that Tsukishima has now claimed the rest of Xcution as well.
