Last Attack is the 147th chapter of Blue Lock. The Itoshi brothers' final duel ends with Rin winning the ball loose, and Isagi volleys it home for the winning goal, sealing a 4-3 victory over the Japan U-20.
The chapter opens on memories of the past, Rin Itoshi's wrecked room after Sae Itoshi left Japan and the moment Sae once invited him to play football together. In the present, all of Japan watches the brothers' final one-on-one. Sae opens with high-speed scissors, then drags the ball back when Rin reaches in. He flicks it airborne with a downward slide and a back-heel tap, but Rin reads it and bumps Sae to halt his run and level the ground between them.
The two shove against each other for control, and Sae keeps hold, carving out a little space. Rin refuses to relent and shadows every move. Sae then unleashes his signature cross elastico nutmeg, yet Rin had seen it coming and blocks it with his foot. The ball ricochets off Rin's boot high into the air, and nobody can tell where it will drop.
The ball sails over Oliver Aiku's head as he can only watch it pass, tumbling as he tries to keep up. Both he and Rin then spot Yoichi Isagi meeting the ball. Arriving at the perfect spot at the perfect instant, Isagi strikes a clean volley from the top of the box. Keeper Gen Fukaku stretches for it, but the ball settles into the net, and Isagi roars as he nets the final goal of the match. The crowd erupts, the players look on stunned, and the referee's whistle ends the game with the Blue Lock Eleven winning 4-3. Isagi is swarmed by teammates, and on the sideline Jinpachi Ego clenches his fist in triumph.
Sae and Rin duel one-on-one, and Rin ultimately wins the exchange, popping the ball loose near Isagi. Aiku is unable to stop it. Isagi strikes a direct volley off Rin's inadvertent assist to score the winning goal. Blue Lock takes the match 4-3.
