Leech Devil

Where a face should be, the Leech Devil has nothing but one enormous mouth packed with squarish teeth. Her bulk is huge and creased, propped on four legs and fitted with a pair of arms that hang like tentacles, each limb capped by a round sucker recalling an actual leech. Long black hair trails behind her, and three sets of udder-like glands run along her body. The colored manga washes her in yellow tones, while the anime opts for the darker, more lifelike coloring of a real leech.

Like so many of her kind, she despises humanity, yet her feelings for the Bat Devil ran tender and true, and she set out to make Denji pay once her partner fell. The two of them had nursed a shared ambition to consume every human alive. For all that venom, she briefly considered sparing Denji for no reason beyond his attractive face.

At some point she became the Bat Devil's lover. After Denji kills him, he turns to celebrate by reaching for Power's chest. At that moment the Leech Devil strikes, punching a hole through his forearm and tearing the hand off, which she promptly devours. Denji yanks his chainsaw cord but, drained of blood, only half transforms. She nearly lets him walk away, then changes course when he refuses to flee, set on shielding Power and Meowy, and the fight begins. Blows pass between them as she mourns a boyfriend slain by a boy with such sordid cravings, while Denji counters that his own desires outweigh theirs. Gaining the advantage, she runs him through with her tongue, a limb forceful enough to pierce his torso outright. Just as she moves to eat him, Aki Hayakawa calls up the Fox Devil directly above her, and it takes her head off in an instant before gulping it down and vanishing in smoke.
