Summary

Aki seals his pact with the Future Devil, which takes up residence in his right eye after foreseeing his grim death. Kishibe wraps the training and reveals the coming raid on Katana Man and Akane Sawatari, warning that failure will doom the new Division 4. In a quiet meeting he presses Makima on whether she foresaw the earlier attacks and bluntly calls her a liar when she speaks of saving lives.

Makima confronts the Yakuza boss whose group shelters Katana Man, demanding the names of everyone contracted to the Gun Devil. When he hides behind talk of necessary evil, she produces a bag filled with the eyes of his men's loved ones and offers to have them restored for cooperation, crushing his defiance. Meanwhile Akane reminds her people that nowhere is safe from Makima and reveals the basement army of debt-born zombies.

Public Safety and the police throw a cordon around the hideout. Kishibe presents his roster of non-human hunters, the Shark Fiend Beam, the Violence Fiend Galgali, the Spider Devil Princi, and the Angel Devil, then sends them against the zombies while Aki, Denji, Power, and Kobeni split up to find their targets. Aki reaches Akane, who looses the Snake Devil and orders the summoned Ghost Devil to strangle him to death.
