The fallout from Denji eating the Leg Devil ripples outward: birds tumble from power lines, piglets seize up, and people flounder around in a daze. While Yoru takes stock of the chaos, Denji bolts down another batch of devils. She steels herself for the disappearance of the matching concept, only to discover that not every erased idea reshapes the world right away.

As Yoru springs from a balcony, Denji gulps down the Teeth Devil. Barely able to form words, she spots a parked motorcycle and warps it into a chainsaw-bladed bike, then rams it straight into Denji. The blow makes him spew out limbs and devils he had eaten just before she slams into a wall. Hurting, Yoru drags herself over and jams her arm down his throat, warning that turning him into a weapon now would lock his erasures in place forever. The threat forces him to regurgitate the Leg and Teeth Devils, restoring her speech and movement. A furious Denji boots her into a nearby wall. Squaring up to fight, he is asked where the rest of his stockpiled devils went, and the two notice the scattered devils strewn across the floor. Before Denji can grab them, Yoru fires them away, destroying some and scattering others. Unhurt, he sprints off, sparking yet another pursuit. Yoru baits him, flaunting a pawn and insisting he cannot ruin her world further without eating more devils. Denji, unimpressed by such small fry, declares he will descend into Hell to feast on genuine devils and dives through a door in the ground, Yoru chasing after. Landing in Hell, the pair stand at a platform of doors, gazing into the black void.

The erasure of the Leg Devil's concept causes strange effects across the world. Denji eats the Teeth Devil. Yoru creates a chainsaw motorcycle and rams Denji, forcing him to vomit. She then makes him regurgitate the Leg and Teeth Devils by threatening to weaponize him, restoring her ability to move and speak. After a renewed chase, Denji jumps through a door into Hell to hunt stronger devils, with Yoru following him down.

Part of Volume 24 and the War Devil arc. The chapter explores the unpredictable mechanics of Chainsaw Man's concept erasure, showing that some vanished ideas hit the world immediately while others do not. It closes with both combatants arriving in Hell, setting up the Locust Devil's appearance.
