Quanxi and the Fiends' 49-Person Massacre

Fresh dolls keep spawning and pour into the store, weaving clear of the Fox Devil's sweeps. Angel Devil spends five years of the lifespan he has been hoarding to manifest one of his weapons and cuts down a cluster of dolls in a single stroke. Pressed on why he held such firepower in reserve, he answers only that he has his reasons. Just then a fresh detachment of devil hunters arrives outside to back up the group, but their advance stalls the instant Quanxi and her harem step into view.

The moment the hunters move to strike at the girls, Quanxi draws a blade and surges forward, crossing to the building's second floor almost faster than the eye can follow. She lets the now-dented sword fall and unsheathes two more, and only then is it shown that the hunters and dolls around her have already been carved apart. Catching the slaughter a beat early through his future sight, Aki shouts a warning, and he and Angel Devil just manage to parry her next strike before being driven to the floor. Nakamura, too slow to respond, is beheaded. Quanxi rises and glances back toward an anxious Denji and Power.

The chapter's title refers directly to the carnage Quanxi and her fiends inflict. The casualty list includes Nakamura and the hunter Sato among the dead, with Santa Claus appearing only in mention. It runs in Volume 7 as part of the International Assassins arc, continuing the department-store ambush and cementing Quanxi's reputation as a force the assembled hunters cannot match head-on.
