Takonoka Ru Patcho is an unusually large Kur of the Advance Unit whose absolute trust in his exosuit makes him a tough Space Globalists Arc antagonist, right up until Aira's Pirouette Noble Drill finally breaks his armor.
His Kur form is that of an octopus, striped tentacles ringing the spot where a mouth would sit. Set against the rest of his people, who are drawn uniformly as tiny, he is strikingly large.
He shares the broad Kur scorn for life from beyond his homeworld and said as much, voicing his revulsion at Aira mid-fight. His confidence rides entirely on his exosuit, a near-arrogance that had him convinced no enemy ploy could reach him, though a dogged foe could fray that calm into frustration. Still, he took lessons from his blunders: having once let Aira get away, he made certain to nail her down with electric jolts the next time. He also tags the end of his sentences with the particle ne, which VIZ renders loosely as hm.
Takonoka Ru Patcho fought through the Sumer campaign, joining in when the all-female resistance was ambushed and later guarding the male Sumerians rounded up to be sacrificed to a Big Mama. When Bamora, Banga, Tome, and Aja forced their way in, the missiles he aimed at Bamora instead caught Banga, who had shoved the girl out of danger, and he was among the Kur thrown back once Banga roused the captives from a god exosuit.
After Bamora fled to Earth, the unit followed, raided the Serpo base for gear and intel, and was located by a signal Jiji set off by accident. Takonoka Ru Patcho, together with Suda Ko and Ta Komeshi, then ambushed Aira and Jiji on their way home; his electric shield turned aside Aira's kicks and his missiles dropped both her and the Evil Eye in under three minutes. He observed that Earth's damp air saps lasers while its gravity hardens its people, then lost the pair when they fled beneath a dome of Aira's hair, forcing a retreat that undid their Empty Space.
Once Okarun's kintama lit the warp gate, he stood guard in the Empty Space and fought Aira, Jiji, and Mantisian, smashing thrown cars and firing on Jiji until the new Evil Gun wiped out his missiles. With Ta Kowasa down, he set out to kill Jiji early, but Aira sprang an ambush; her dehydrated hair slid straight through his shield, and her kick hurled him into a building, though it could not breach his armor. He shocked her with electrical disks to keep her pinned and bragged that his team could now run past three minutes thanks to their secured territory.
Drawing close proved his undoing. Aira lashed him and his disks with her hair, and, taking Okarun's lesson on Spiral Power, twisted her own hair into a drill. He scoffed that his armor would hold, then watched it bore in; once Aira named the move to invoke the Power of Words, her Pirouette Noble Drill ran clean through both his suit and his body, finishing him.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
The Kur are an alien race, and Takonoka Ru Patcho is an unusually large member of their Advance Unit. They share a broad scorn for life from beyond their homeworld and rely on exosuits to function.
