The aftermath of the underwear incident dominates the school day, with Aira owning up to her lies about Momo. The Dover Demon then reappears, collapsing from blood loss rather than attacking, and the group takes him in. Learning he is desperate to fund his sick son's transfusions, they help him with milk and a cow before he departs. The episode ends as Momo opens the door to find her childhood crush, Jiji.

Queen questions the trio over their exposure before they piece together that Aira accidentally tapped Acrobatic Silky's power, which Okarun ties to aliens targeting humans who carry yokai abilities. Momo lets Aira pin the blame on her, but Aira, stung by classmates trashing Momo, confesses she fabricated the rumors. Outside, the Dover Demon faces Momo and Aira, then drops, bleeding white fluid. Nursed back at the Ayase home, where Seiko mistakes him for a kappa, he weeps at their kindness and swears never to threaten them. Over dinner he reveals he turned outlaw to pay for his ailing son's blood transfusions; Okarun even offers to sell his kintama. Seiko, recognizing his blood, gives him milk, which he says is equivalent to his kind's blood, and arranges a cow for him to take home. The closing scene has Momo doing a Hiroshi Abe impression at the door, only to find Jiji, her first crush.

The tenth episode adapts Chapter 25 (pages 5-19), Chapter 26, and Chapter 27, sitting within the Serpo Arc and airing December 6, 2024. The cliffhanger introduces Jiji, setting up the next arc. Otonoke serves as the opening and TAIDADA as the ending.
