Key Events

Seiko reveals Jiji will be staying with the family because his parents are hospitalized, news that throws both Momo and Okarun. While doing dishes, Jiji admits he can now see spirits and recounts being tormented by an Evil Eye at home, where every exorcist hired before Seiko took their own life. Seiko declines the job, saying her powers only work within Kamigoe City, and pushes Momo to handle it, hinting Jiji's sight may be linked to Okarun's missing kintama. At school, Jiji's closeness with Momo deepens Okarun's worry, and he retreats to secret training. When a fleeing anatomical model named Taro appears with a glinting object Momo mistakes for the kintama, the chase is on; Okarun shifts into his Turbo Granny form to rescue Momo and Jiji from a bus. They corner Taro in a junkyard, only to discover the shiny object and Taro's desperate love for a fellow doll, Hana, a scene that makes Okarun blush as he recognizes his own feelings for Momo.
