Chapter 187 of Dandadan names Koki's hidden power the Lord of the Flies and sets it loose on the gym, letting Adachi drain Murakami of his Severed Head Dribblers power before the insects haul him back so the girls can force an apology.
As Murakami sets Adachi down on a chair, she spots her jiangshi emerging behind him, having sensed their master at risk. Through telepathy she orders them to hold still, buying time to read his strength and wait for an opening. A swarm of flies abruptly fills the room, stunning Murakami, while across the gym Aira and Rin recoil at the infestation. Mai pins the cause on the Lord of the Flies, a power belonging to Koki that lets her direct tiny living things.
With the insects swarming him, Murakami panics. Adachi seizes the chance, drawing an Asura blade to drain his power and offering his life in exchange for surrender. Realizing she too is harvesting abilities, the fly-covered Murakami extends his hand to nick himself on the kozuka knife and gives in, letting Adachi claim the Severed Head Dribbler power. The flies then haul him out a window before she can act.
Once the Severed Head Dribblers vanish, Aira hurries to the dizzy Koki. As the girls puzzle over the creatures' fate, the swarm bursts back in and dumps Murakami onto the floor. Playing dumb, he claims he was just heading for a bath when the strangeness struck, and moves to leave. Aira plants a kick across his face and demands an apology; cornered, he agrees to erase the blackmail photos of Koki but smugly warns them not to make a scene while he still holds the pictures. A second kick from Aira sets him straight: what they want is for him to own up to being a vile person.
Hidden behind Murakami, Adachi readies her jiangshi to drain his powers, only for the insect swarm to pour into the apartment. The flies single out the Severed Head Dribblers, while Mai recognizes Koki's power: it is the Lord of the Flies, a force that lets her command tiny living creatures. The swarm engulfs Murakami, and Adachi swoops in to successfully take his Severed Head Dribblers power. The insects then deposit Murakami in the gym, where the girls force him to surrender.
