Summary

The chapter explains that the pleasure quarter once employed touts called gyu, men whose job was luring patrons into the brothels. The Upper Rank demon spent his early life in that role and later folded the word into his own name. Facing Tengen indoors, he studies the Hashira's looks, fixating on his fine features and stature, and works himself into a bitter rage, clawing at his own skin until it bleeds.

Nearby, Daki sobs and demands that her brother kill the slayers who burned her, insisting they had overwhelmed her. Provoked, Gyutaro swings a pair of oversized scythes and sends sweeping crescent slashes toward Tengen. Out in the streets, Tanjiro carries Nezuko to safety, then catches the scent of Tengen's blood as the blades curve back through the air. Inosuke and Zenitsu turn up loudly, and Tanjiro sends them to reinforce the Hashira.

Key Events

Gyutaro unleashes his Blood Demon Art, Flying Blood Sickles, which Tengen barely manages to block. An explosion drops the floor out from under him, and he escapes to the level below, only for the demon to steer the blades after him. Realizing the scythes can change course, Tengen reasons that severing Gyutaro's head rather than Daki's is the route to victory. He tosses three small spheres aloft and detonates them with precise strikes, tearing the building apart. As the structure crumbles, the siblings emerge untouched and declare that they fight together.
