Dragon Ball Legacy

Utsumi's work throughout the Dragon Ball franchise remains foundational to the series' identity. He voiced Shenron, the eternal dragon of wish-granting power who anchors the narrative's central premise. His performances as the World Tournament Announcer across the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd martial arts tournaments became the voice of tournament spectacle itself. Utsumi also embodied Commander Red, Master Mutaito, and Recoome, demonstrating remarkable range across heroes, mentors, and powerful adversaries throughout Dragon Ball's expansive universe.
