Kevin Seymour

Kevin Seymour's primary involvement with Dragon Ball came through the video game Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout, where he served as voice director overseeing the English voice track. Beyond directing, Seymour took on dual voice acting duties, providing voices for both Frieza and Kid Buu. His role as the first male English voice of Frieza in any Dragon Ball product gives him a notable distinction in the franchise's English localization history, arriving before mainstream English dubs of the series.

Seymour was a pioneering figure in English anime dubbing, founding U.S. Renditions and later Animaze to facilitate high-quality English localizations of anime and animation. He directed voices for numerous landmark anime properties including Ninja Scroll, Ghost in the Shell, Perfect Blue, and Code Geass. His work extending across films and television established him as a respected voice director until his death in February 2014 at age 55.
