Tiffany Vollmer

Tiffany Vollmer became Bulma's definitive English voice in 1999 when cast for Funimation's third season of Dragon Ball Z, replacing Leslie Alexander. She continued portraying the intelligent capsule engineer through Funimation's extensive Dragon Ball catalog, voicing Bulma in the uncut Dragon Ball Z seasons, Dragon Ball GT, two Dragon Ball films, nine Dragon Ball Z movies, and video games spanning from 1999 through 2010. Her portrayal helped establish a consistent English characterization for one of the franchise's most important supporting figures.

Born July 22, 1973, Vollmer worked extensively with Funimation before branching into production roles. She served as associate producer on the short Placebo (2006), worked as actress, makeup artist, and wardrobe head on the 2008 film Ciao, and contributed to other production projects. By 2011, she relocated to New Orleans to work as a film producer, expanding her career beyond voice acting into broader entertainment production.
