His outfit pairs a double-breasted white jacket with matching trousers, finished by a long purple cape trimmed in pink epaulettes that carry a yellow border and dangling tassels. Grey gloves, a black belt that holds his blade, and brown boots round out the look. The anime initially rendered him differently, giving him pale blond hair, thinner facial marks, a lilac jacket, a teal sash, and a shorter pink cape, before Episode 869 updated him to his definitive design, with the epaulettes added two episodes later.

Devotion to his family and crew drives Raisin, enough that he enlisted in the enraged army to settle the score for his defeated brother Cracker, then took up a guard post on Cacao Island to block the Straw Hats. His mind leans analytical: when weighing how Luffy might slip free of the Mirro-World, he factored in Brûlée's vanishing as a clue.

Though his usual manner stays stern and his face stoic, a streak of battle-hunger surfaces in him. He grinned as he readied his sword to strike at Luffy, betraying genuine enjoyment of a fight.

His officer rank grants him command over the crew's lesser ranks, and his habit of mapping out what he would do in the enemy's shoes marks him as a tactically minded fighter. Physically he can launch himself to great heights and strike opponents while airborne.

Raisin channels Armament Haki into his katana to harden the blade. He carried that sword into the Cacao Island ambush and tried to cut down Luffy mid-leap, but Sanji's kick caught him in the jaw before the swing landed, knocking him into a building and costing him the weapon. During the assault on Wano, he sailed with Big Mom aboard the Queen Mama Chanter; King's attack sent the ship tumbling off the waterfall, and a later attempt to scale it again was thwarted by Marco.
