Charlotte Yuen

Yuen is a strikingly tall youth who looms over people of ordinary height. A round black helmet fitted with two horn-like spikes encloses his entire head apart from his wide face, whose small, simplified features look almost like a mask despite moving naturally. His clothing includes a brown biscuit-patterned shirt much like the Biscuit Soldiers that Cracker produces, a pink sash wrapped at the waist, and broad red trousers striped vertically. Over it all hangs a very large pale yellow cape bearing an orange flower in its upper left corner.

Devotion to his relatives and crew drives Yuen, demonstrated by his arrival on Cacao Island to confront the Straw Hats. Being disregarded grates on him sharply: his usually cheerful look soured into fury the moment he caught Sanji turning his gaze away, an act he condemned as rude and answered with an attack. He also has a verbal quirk of tacking the suffix "-yu" onto the ends of his sentences.

As a crew officer Yuen holds sway over its lower-ranked members, and his deployment with many siblings to fight Luffy speaks to his capability. He possesses considerable raw strength, keeping firm hold of his staff even after its orb had ballooned to enormous proportions. He can perform Geppo, the Six Powers technique he dismisses as a basic trick. His chief weapon is a staff capped with an orb that he expands to tremendous size, letting him batter foes with crushing force; one swing slammed Sanji hard into the earth. On Cacao Island, after Luffy surfaced from the Mirro-World accompanied by Pekoms and the captured Brûlée, Yuen and three of his decuplet siblings took to the air to intercept Sanji and Luffy overhead. Annoyed when Sanji's attention drifted to Pekoms, he hammered the pair into the ground, only for Germa 66 to interrupt the fight. The intrusion let his targets slip away, and as he pressed another attack, Vinsmoke Yonji shattered the orb of his staff, then seized him with an extended hand and flung him about, hurling him through buildings and crewmates to defeat him.
