Personality

He carries the outlook of a career mercenary, ready to do whatever it takes to save his own skin, tears included, when death looms close. Even so, he is honest enough with himself to quietly acknowledge how pathetic his position can become. He also runs a bit short-tempered and will reach for heavy-handed force even against ordinary civilians, as he showed while trying to manage a crowd during Sweet Mask's fight with Pesky Clown.

History

During the Monster Association crisis, Narinki hires Sanshon and his squad to retrieve his kidnapped son, dangling a reward large enough to keep even their grandchildren comfortable. The team breaks into the enemy base but is overwhelmed, captured by G5, and handed over to Orochi and Gyoro Gyoro. When monsters move to kill them, Royal Ripper intervenes to claim them, only for Do-S to step in and convert Sanshon and the others into brainwashed love slaves. Under her control they are ordered to cut down any heroes they meet, and they soon clash with Atomic Samurai's three disciples.

When Sweet Mask arrives intent on slaughtering the whole squad, the disciples turn back to subdue and thereby rescue the mercenaries, leaving Sweet Mask to face Do-S one-on-one. Her defeat breaks the whip's mind control and restores Sanshon's free will, after which he promptly swoons over Sweet Mask. The mercenaries then join the disciples in hunting monsters, until Evil Natural Water, freed by the dying Master Joe, knocks the entire group unconscious. Iaian shields their bodies from falling debris and Pig God swallows the wounded to carry them safely out of the collapsing Z-City.

Sanshon survives, and by the Neo Heroes era he and several former squadmates work as guards at Narinki Park. There he is among the first beaten when Pesky Clown rampages through the grounds, after which he and the others can only watch Sweet Mask take the monster on.
