Small in stature and youthful in the face, Noria keeps her yellow-green hair cropped short, a shade that matches her eyes exactly.

Noria carries the pragmatic streak common to hired guns, ready to grovel or fake tears the instant her survival is on the line. She is also the most openly emotional member of her unit, yet clear-eyed enough to admit to herself, quietly, just how sorry her circumstances often are.

Noria and her squad are engaged by Narinki to pull his son Waganma out of the Monster Association, tempted by a payout large enough to keep their families secure for generations. The infiltration falls apart, G5 hands the captured mercenaries over to the association's leaders, and Do-S claims them as mind-controlled slaves. Once Sweet Mask defeats Do-S and the control breaks, Noria joins Atomic Samurai's disciples in the running fight through the base, clashing with monsters such as Evil Natural Water before Pig God carries the wounded to the surface.

Years later she works park security alongside her old teammates, watching Sweet Mask battle Pesky Clown. In combat she favors athletic close-quarters work paired with Asami, wields a double-bladed naginata, and once wore advanced armor from The Organization that let her pressure even top A-Class heroes. Like her leader Tongara, she can convincingly fake emotion to deceive an opponent.
