Unopans

Standing on an upright, humanoid frame, a Unopan carries orange skin and a head that tapers to a cone. A lone eye set at the center dominates the face, which has no nose whatsoever. Each hand ends in three fingers, and their feet bear only a pair of broad toes.

As a people the Unopans are marked by resilience and resourcefulness, keeping their collective spirit intact through decades of oppression. Their day-to-day culture, as reflected in Allen the Alien, runs remarkably close to the customs and slang of Western Earth, right down to the vernacular.

Seeking to widen their empire, the Viltrumites assaulted Unopa and, after the population rose up against them, leveled the world entirely. The scattered survivors turned to breeding camps to keep the species from dying out. Their daring escape and endurance impressed Thaedus, leader of the Coalition of Planets, who welcomed them onto Talescria to fight alongside his ranks. Allen the Alien stands as the mightiest Unopan of all. Many who found refuge on Talescria later perished when Thragg's cruiser stormed the planet.
