Mokk

Mokk is a big, powerfully built alien whose features strongly recall a lion. Dense muscle defines his whole body, down to broad, faintly clawed hands, and pale whitish-tan fur covers him, thickest around his head, where a mane spills long down the back and sides above a neatly kept beard. His yellow irises float against black sclera, lending him a fierce, commanding look. His wardrobe matches his rank in the Coalition: a tan cape over a matching kilt, form-fitting layers of blue, black, and gold beneath, blue guards on his knees and shins, and gold plating at his waist, wrists, and shoulders that mark him as both dignitary and warrior.

Much of Mokk's character stays under wraps, but he comes across as firm and principled, holding to his convictions without wavering. He is especially guarded around Viltrumites. When Allen the Alien floats the notion of Invincible as a possible ally, Mokk answers with open doubt, questioning where the young Viltrumite's loyalty truly lies and warning that he could turn on them down the line.

Little of Mokk's past is known beyond the fact that the Viltrum Empire attacked his homeworld, seeding the hatred he carries for them, after which he joined the Coalition of Planets. As one of its council members, he took part in talks about a recent strike on a newly allied world. There he voiced strong misgivings about Invincible's revolt against Viltrum and doubted Allen's account of events, yet he listened alongside the others as Thaedus framed the young hero's defiance as a turning point, proof that the Viltrumites might be beatable and that the Coalition finally had a genuine chance to resist.
