Junpei Yoshino is a withdrawn high schooler who appears during the Vs. Mahito Arc. A movie-loving student at Satozakura High, he grows close to Yuji Itadori before Mahito's manipulation pushes him toward becoming a curse user.
Slight of frame and in his late teens, Junpei carried dark hair (rendered as deep brown in the anime) that hung to his chin, with the parting sending his bangs sweeping over the right half of his face. That cover served a purpose, hiding a scattering of round burn scars left by bullies who stubbed cigarettes against him.
His everyday wardrobe leaned casual, ranging from a purple-and-pink striped tee to a plain white shirt marked with a green rectangle, paired with calf-length olive trousers and off-white sneakers trimmed in gold. Following the death of his mother Nagi, he took to wearing one of her black jackets out of grief.
Guarded and emotionally flat, Junpei held a bleak opinion of humanity and kept his distance from others. He framed his outlook through a thought experiment: a button that wiped out everyone he disliked would go unpressed, but a button that erased everyone who hated him he would slam without a second's pause. He insisted his indifference toward people was no crueler than open hatred, and the deaths of strangers stirred nothing in him because he assumed the worst of everyone to begin with.
This numbness grew from years of bullying and rejection. A natural recluse, he still loved cinema and once tried launching a film club at school, only for bullies to hijack it and burn him while no one intervened. That hollowed-out resentment made him simple prey for Mahito, who nudged his apathy toward genuine hatred and revenge, blinding him to the curse's true nature. Yuji, near his age and a fellow film fan, became one of the rare people to reach him and begin pulling him out of that darkness.
Before Mahito entered his life, Junpei was an ordinary, defenseless target with no combat ability whatsoever. That changed when Mahito reshaped him with Idle Transfiguration, converting the non-sorcerer into a jujutsu sorcerer and handing him the means for revenge. To his tormentors the transformation looked like psychic power; classmates such as Shota Ito could not even perceive the sorcery turned against them. Newly able to summon a respectably strong shikigami, Junpei could trade blows with Yuji, then still an inexperienced sorcerer.
His shikigami, known as Moon Dregs, took the shape of a large jellyfish whose tendrils emit a poison forged from cursed energy. Contact coats the skin in burning black spots that sting like venom, and the creature also carries spiked stingers able to puncture flesh.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
