Chapter 80 of Jujutsu Kaisen, titled Evening Festival, opens the fight between Kokichi Muta and the cursed spirit Mahito. Trapped underground with Pseudo-Geto watching, Kokichi gambles everything on a colossal new puppet built in secret to reach Satoru Gojo.
A partnership that soured pushes Kokichi Muta into open combat with Mahito at last. With Pseudo-Geto positioned to cut off any retreat, the puppet user is left a single path forward: pilot the most powerful version of his Mechamaru creation, exorcise the spirit, and get word to Satoru Gojo about the trap being laid for him in Shibuya on the last day of October.
Kokichi summons a swarm of his Mechamaru units as the standoff turns violent. Geto offers to assist, but Mahito waves him off, claiming Kokichi as his own plaything before swelling one arm to massive size and wiping out the puppet horde in a single sweep. Kokichi slips away in the chaos, and a bored Mahito assumes he simply fled. The collapse of the lair then drives the spirit up to the surface, where a vast lake awaits him. From its waters rises Ultimate Mechamaru in its Mode: Absolute form, with Kokichi steering it from inside the head while finishing checks on its systems.
Sensing a curtain closing over the area, Kokichi recognizes Geto's handiwork and understands escape now requires beating Mahito first. Rather than hold back, he commits the full reserve of cursed energy stored across seventeen years and change. He opens with a single year's worth channeled into Ultra Cannon, then follows with a two-year charge that engulfs the entire lake through Miracle Cannon. Mahito, knowing such blasts cannot truly harm him, dives clear and surfaces ready to counter, prompting Kokichi to set his hidden plan in motion.
The chapter belongs to the Shibuya Incident Arc and ran in issue 47 of 2019. Kasumi Miwa appears in flashback. Its events were split across the anime in Episode 30 and Episode 31. Techniques on display include Puppet Manipulation, the Mode: Absolute cannons, and Mahito's Idle Transfiguration.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
