Earth Flow

Ryuko Tsuchikawa holds Earth Flow, written Doryū in Japanese. It is a long-range Emitter Quirk that debuts in chapter 70 and reaches the anime in episode 40.

The premise is command of the ground. Whatever earth lies near her can be worked and molded into any shape she settles on.

The scale of what she can move is considerable. Avalanches sit within her reach, which puts the Quirk well past simple terrain shaping.

Its reach is generous too. Ryuko can work the soil across an entire stretch of forest without standing anywhere near it, handling the material remotely.

The obvious constraint follows from the premise. Where soil is scarce or absent she has little to draw on, which leaves her at a disadvantage on terrain that offers no raw material.

Ryuko Tsuchikawa is the Quirk's only known holder. She puts it primarily toward rescue operations in mountain country, the terrain where she and the rest of the Wild, Wild Pussycats do most of their work. She is skilled enough to sculpt tailored training grounds that serve several people's needs at the same time, filling a role comparable to what Cementoss provides with Gym Gamma.

Her signature application is the Earth Beast, a monstrous golem molded from soil and driven from a distance. Several can be fielded and steered at once, with a navigation system built into her goggles keeping track of them. That the constructs can be taken for real creatures at a glance speaks to how finely she controls the power.
