Never formally named, this Quirk unfurls enormous black pinions and turns its bearer loose in open sky. It first carried a Near High-End Nomu with Tomura Shigaraki riding its back, and later carried Shigaraki himself once he stripped the ability from the creature's corpse and used it to escape.
Wing is a Transformation Quirk of close range whose official title has never been given, leaving the name a matter of convention rather than canon. A Near High-End Nomu carried it originally, and Tomura Shigaraki later took possession of it. The ability debuts in Chapter 297 and appears in the anime in Episode 128.
Its resemblance to Flight, the Quirk that keeps the Bombers airborne, has not gone unnoticed. Since All For One is responsible for creating both the Nomu and the Bombers, the two powers are generally taken to share a common origin.
Activation produces a pair of huge black wings on the user's back, and with them comes unrestricted flight rather than mere gliding. Direction and altitude are entirely the bearer's to choose.
Speed in the air reaches ferocious levels, though the source of that velocity is ambiguous. Whether the wings deliver it natively or whether other Quirks running alongside them supply the extra push has never been clarified, since both users carried arsenals of additional abilities.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The Near High-End Nomu functioned largely as a mount. It kept Shigaraki aloft on its back during the assault that breached Tartarus, and again when he confronted Cathleen Bate, the American hero Star and Stripe.
Ownership changed hands after that confrontation went badly. Having failed to claim New Order and needing to quit the field, Shigaraki turned Burst on the Nomu and then used All For One to pull Wing from what remained of it. The theft gave him his own means of flight and the opening he needed to disappear.
The Wing Quirk was originally carried by a Near High-End Nomu, and Tomura Shigaraki became its current user after tearing it from the Nomu's corpse with All For One so he could escape by flight.
Wing is an unnamed close-range Transformation Quirk that grows a pair of enormous black wings on the user's back, giving them full, freely directed flight rather than simple gliding.
Wing closely resembles Flight, the Quirk that keeps the Bombers airborne, and since All For One created both the Nomu and the Bombers, the two abilities are generally thought to share a common origin.
Users of Wing can reach ferocious speeds in the air, though it is unclear whether that velocity comes from the wings themselves or from other Quirks the user is combining with them.
Tomura Shigaraki gained the Wing Quirk after his confrontation with Star and Stripe, Cathleen Bate, went badly; he killed the Near High-End Nomu that carried it and used All For One to pull the ability from its remains for his own escape.
