Hatena Fukakai

Two low braids carry her long dark hair, and a tidy fringe drops to just above the eyes. Those eyes read as oval and entirely black, with no iris or pupil visible at all. Her teeth are notably even.

Activating her power rewrites all of it. She becomes a pitch-black mass fronted by a white mask that keeps her features, with a row of white circles beneath it and arms that stretch. Size is hers to set, anywhere from a couple of meters above normal to the height of a residential building.

She is even-tempered, warm, and quick to see the other person's side. Attacked by someone who took her for a villain, she forgave him at once and pointed out how alarming she must have looked, since she is well aware of the impression her transformed state leaves. Help offered afterward, she accepted gratefully.

Hatena earned her hero license at some point and was chosen by Ingenium for Team Idaten. Traveling to Tokyo to visit his office, she got lost in Naruhata and went large to look out over the rooftops, which the Naruhata Vigilantes read as a villain sighting. Knuckleduster and the Crawler attacked; she shrank back down, and Knuckleduster ran her down and choked her out. Pop☆Step turned up her license, she explained the interview she was heading to, and the Crawler apologized by carrying her the rest of the way to the Hero Office.

She surfaced again when Kuin Hachisuka forced a Quirk-bearing cat to take over a busload of passengers and send it out of control. Team Idaten brought a truck for the rescue and Hatena lifted people out and into it, until Kuin drove the cat-bus into the truck and crippled it with one person still aboard. Ingenium and the Crawler got that last passenger out.

Months later Tensei brought his whole team to Captain Celebrity's farewell party at the Tokyo Sky Egg. After the guest of honor left the stage over an embarrassing phone call from his wife, Makoto kept the show running with acts from the visiting heroes, and Hatena joined Ingenium's acrobatics. Number 6 then attacked the venue meaning to kill Captain Celebrity, using Bombers to gut the structure and cut every transmission. While the heroes organized a countermeasure, Tensei assigned his sidekicks out, and Hatena drew the stage: keeping the audience from panicking, alongside Present Mic.

Her Quirk, Gigantification, inflates her body mass into that blob form. It can outgrow an entire residential building, behaves like rubber so it stretches, contracts, and absorbs attacks, and can shed smaller copies of itself that she runs as drones.
