Chapter 107 (Vigilantes)

Number 6 caves in a car with a Knuckle Bomb to show what it does, then demands to know how Koichi Haimawari absorbs so many hits and keeps going. Koichi has no answer to give, and the O'Clock illusion concludes he genuinely does not know, which means the Overclock attacks are being handled below conscious thought.

Writing the survival off as button-mashing luck, Number 6 buries him under a rush of punches that Koichi keeps deflecting. Quantity over quality is a mistake, O'Clock argues: Overclock exists to accelerate thinking so the perfect action can be selected every time, and without All Might's raw power a frontal assault leads nowhere. Number 6 rejects it, insisting the illusion's old body simply could not exploit the Quirk while he can shatter its ceilings. He assumes Koichi is flailing his force fields around at random, only to notice how precisely the defense arrives, reading each blow with almost nothing to spare.

Shifting up another gear, he lands a stunning shot to the chest and lines up a Knuckle Bomb for the head. A repulsion blast fires from Koichi's hand on reflex, grazing the villain's skull and driving him back. Still baffled, Number 6 hears the illusion piece it together: bodies routinely act before a conscious decision arrives, and Koichi lives in that gap. However fast Number 6's brain runs, Koichi's limbs run faster than thought itself.

The advice that follows is to abort and never cross paths with him again. Between high-speed movement, ranged fire, defensive fields, and reflexes that deploy all three unbidden, Koichi holds the superior Quirk, and though today he can only dodge and run, a perfected version of him becomes the one opponent to avoid, an All Might in the making. Number 6 refuses the verdict outright. Days to come mean nothing when today was meant to be his. Naming Koichi his top target, he warps his body into an enormous spider-like thing and announces that Operation Anonymous has entered its sixth phase.

Number 6 and the O'Clock illusion work out that Koichi keeps pace with Overclock through subconscious reflexes rather than conscious reaction.

Koichi instinctively fires a repulsion blast that grazes Number 6's head and forces him to retreat.

The illusion urges total withdrawal, predicting Koichi will one day be as unapproachable as All Might.

Rejecting the advice outright, Number 6 executes the sixth phase of Operation Anonymous and warps into a giant monstrous creature.

Furuhashi and Betten Court's nineteen-page chapter ran on August 14, 2021 inside the Naruhata Lockdown arc and was collected in volume 13, with Number 6 on the cover.

Serialization carried the title The Days To Come (Kono Saki), replaced by Hundred-Hit Rush for the volume edition.

Kazuho Haneyama appears only within a fantasy, and All Might is invoked as a benchmark without appearing.
