Fūka

A small beauty mark sits just below the left corner of her mouth, and Fūka pairs it with pale skin and blue eyes. Tall and curvaceous, she wears maroon locks that spill down to her hips, the bangs drifting a little to the right so they frame her cheeks. Her chosen garment is a qipao cut far more daringly than her teammates', leaving her shoulders and upper back exposed while clinging elsewhere; it runs dark pink edged with purple, grey, and yellow, joined by loose arm warmers, faint purple shorts, and calf-length black boots.

That youthful beauty is only a costume. Because her soul dwells inside her hair, losing a body reduces her to a drifting dark cloud built around a faceless centre and two burning yellow eyes. Enough rage warps her features into a fanged, ghoulish mask, and any real wound loosens her hold on the form, revealing a frail, withered face that hints she is far older than she lets on.

Fūka works the role of a sultry lure, coaxing prey near before she ends them with her Execution by Kiss, at times toying with them over whether it will be gentle or deep. Anyone born with a natural pull toward wind chakra tops her list of favoured victims. Vanity defines her; she guards her looks jealously and treasures her hair most of all, since her soul rests within it, so any harm to either sends her into a rage. In the rematch with Naruto a sadistic streak shows through as she relishes his pain, and she is sharp enough to sense some quiet tie linking Naruto to Sora.

Serving under Furido, Fūka belongs to a four-member band that plunders graves to feed his design for erasing Konoha. With Fuen and Fudō she lifts the remains of four Twelve Guardian Ninja: Kitane, Tōu, Nauma, and Seito, masters of the ruinous Limelight jutsu whose revival his plan depends on. Word reaches Team Kakashi from Chiriku that the tombs have been raided, and the squad gives chase across the wilds.

Her strength is real enough to catch Kazuma's eye. Since a lone body holds only so much chakra, she has parked her mind inside her hair and keeps five matching bodies, each loaded with its own kit of jutsu that she rotates through mid-fight from a scroll; wreck one, though, and whatever it stored is lost to her. Years of consuming ninja have swollen her reserves, and, uncommon among shinobi, she can turn her hand to every one of the five basic natures, sharpening whichever she pulls in through a kiss. Beyond that she binds foes with her hair, freezes them with a mere glance, cloaks herself from sight, and robs souls outright with Execution by Kiss, which also gifts her the victim's own techniques.

At their first encounter she pens Team 7 apart within a forest of pillars and squares off with Naruto, flaunting her mastery of the elements before kissing him to drain his chakra; the foul touch of the Nine-Tails makes her recoil, and her group pulls back. She returns days afterward with the stolen guardian corpses, and this time Naruto notices that she constantly trades bodies and that her hair outranks any single form in her eyes. He keeps striking the hair, felling her bodies until nothing but her naked soul is left, then drives a Rasengan into her head to end it.
