Shippuden episode 382 rallies a broken Alliance. As the Ten-Tails' tree drains Konoha's fighters, Hashirama shares the vision behind the very first Kage Summit, and the five village leaders reach the battlefield as one.
Carried across the terrain on Gaara's sand, the five Kage close in on the front while Katsuyu briefs them on the towering tree that the Ten-Tails has become. On the ground the situation is dire: Shikamaru barely clings to life after the holy tree siphons his chakra, and Sakura's attempt to have Katsuyu mend him fails when the slug's clones are killed off. Watching comrades fall, Naruto breaks down in tears, giving Obito an opening to chip at his spirit once more. Hashirama counters by pleading with the Alliance to hold on, warning that Obito's design for them is a fate crueler than dying. Orochimaru then strides onto the field flanked by Suigetsu and Karin.
Still trading blows with Madara, Hashirama learns the tree will flower in roughly fifteen minutes, and that Madara intends to trade places with Obito by exploiting Hashirama's senjutsu. Ino's mind-linking technique broadcasts this warning to every fighter. A Susanoo-cloaked Sasuke shears off one of the tree's limbs and challenges Naruto over whether he has hit his ceiling. Naruto answers by igniting both Tailed Beast Mode and Sage Mode, his resolve carried to all through Ino's connection, while Sasuke has Jugo trigger his Sage Transformation across the Susanoo so the two can charge Obito together.
With morale still faltering, Hashirama opens his memory of the very first gathering of village leaders and lays bare the dream that drove him: a shinobi world knit together in unity. The recollection reignites the exhausted troops just as the five Kage complete their journey and take their stand together at the battlefront. Naruto's dual activation of Tailed Beast and Sage modes, along with Sasuke and Jugo's combined assault on Obito, marks the turn from despair back to offense.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
