The 56th Boruto chapter settles Konoha into an uneasy calm after Isshiki's defeat while introducing the fanatic who intends to shatter it. Amado lays out the threat of the last active Kara Inner as Code carves his way toward vengeance and toward Ada.
Boruto endures an interview about his part in saving the village, itching for it to end. In Amado's workshop, Katasuke and Sumire assist as he services Kawaki and walks through how he rebuilt the boy's arm, revealing that Sumire had volunteered for the task. Kawaki checks on Boruto at the Hokage Rock, where the two weigh what they now know. Kawaki floats a grim theory: if Boruto branded another person with a Kama, that person could host a resurrected Momoshiki instead of Boruto, and he nominates Code as the sacrifice. Boruto recoils at the idea of using someone else.
Amado briefs Naruto and Shikamaru on Code, the sole surviving Kara Inner, who was set to oversee the Ten-Tails. With no reliable path to that dimension left, the group learns Code can reach it through means beyond space-time ninjutsu. Amado warns that Code is unusual: he let his body be weakened so as not to overshadow Jigen, worshipped the Otsutsuki as gods, and envies Kawaki's standing as a true vessel.
Code reaches a facility run by Boro's cult, and when the guards bar him he slaughters them by conjuring and bursting from black claw-marks before walking inside. Amado admits he once built cyborgs stronger than Jigen but scrapped them on Jigen's orders, fashioning Koji Kashin in their place, and fears Code will come to strip the limiters from his body once he learns Isshiki has fallen. Naruto pushes for a Five Kage Summit to share what they have. Boruto, aware his father no longer carries Kurama, resolves to train harder. Inside the facility Code greets the Outer named Bug, reports the deaths of Jigen and Boro, and asks after Ada. Bug, unable to refuse, leads him to a containment unit holding Ada, described as one who knows everything in the world.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
In this chapter, Code is the sole surviving Kara Inner, originally assigned to oversee the Ten-Tails, and he emerges as a fanatical enemy bent on avenging Jigen and reaching Ada.
Kawaki theorizes that if Boruto branded someone else with a Kama, that person could host a resurrected Momoshiki instead of Boruto, and he nominates Code as the sacrifice, an idea Boruto refuses.
Amado warns Naruto and Shikamaru that Code is unusual, having deliberately weakened his own body so as not to overshadow Jigen, worshipping the Otsutsuki as gods and envying Kawaki's status as a true vessel.
Inside the facility, Code greets the Outer named Bug, reports that Jigen and Boro have died, and asks to be led to Ada, who is described as someone who knows everything in the world.
