Buffalo turns his limbs and clothing into whirling propellers, a Rotation Human whose own body doubles as an aircraft and a windmaking weapon. The Donquixote Pirates member spins fast enough to fly across long distances, hurl allies, and raise fierce gales.
Spinning any limb or garment into a high-speed propeller lets the wielder take to the air for sustained long-range flight, throw both objects and people, and stir up violent windstorms. The rotation carries force enough to move the user across broad reaches of sky and to launch others with real momentum.
A sufficiently strong opponent can seize the whirling part to halt it, and even wrench the limb to inflict damage, which Kyros did by stopping Buffalo's spinning head before snapping his neck. Aside from that, the ordinary Devil Fruit weaknesses hold. Buffalo ate the fruit no later than age seventeen, seen wielding its rotation over Minion Island above the Birdcage.
Buffalo drilled the ability until his entire body worked as transportation, steering freely while airborne and rolling his legs vertically like skates on the ground. He frequently pairs with Baby 5, whose Buki Buki no Mi fuels their joint assaults.
Toppu: Matasaburo whips up a gust strong enough to disperse Shinokuni, while Guru Guru Toshaho flings a missile-transformed Baby 5 at an enemy, the spin adding momentum that makes the attack hard to dodge.

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
Buffalo, a member of the Donquixote Pirates, is the known user of the Guru Guru no Mi.
The Guru Guru no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that lets its user spin their limbs or clothing like propellers, letting them fly across long distances and generate powerful gusts of wind.
A sufficiently strong opponent can seize hold of a spinning limb granted by the Guru Guru no Mi to stop it, and even wrench it to cause injury, as Kyros did by grabbing Buffalo's spinning head and breaking his neck.
Buffalo's named techniques include Toppu: Matasaburo, a gust strong enough to disperse Shinokuni, and Guru Guru Toshaho, which spins and launches a missile-transformed Baby 5 at an enemy.
Buffalo had eaten the Guru Guru no Mi by age seventeen at the latest, having been shown using its rotation powers over Minion Island above the Birdcage.
