Catcher-Killing Babe, far better known as Mr. 4, was a slow-witted officer agent of Baroque Works paired with Miss Merry Christmas. Owner of the gun-dog Lassoo and wielder of a four-ton bat, he stood as a major foe during the Arabasta arc before later turning into a cafe delivery boy.
Babe is a tall, heavyset man with thick lips, dirty blonde hair, and gray running shoes worn under black pants and a baggy green shirt that hides most of his frame. As every Baroque Works officer agent does, he displays his number, an indistinct 4 marked on his shirt and another on his baseball bat. While locked up during Miss Goldenweek's escapade, he wore a striped convict uniform but kept his scarf.
Dull and sluggish in thought, Babe could scarcely act on his own and mostly carried out whatever Miss Merry Christmas instructed. He laughs readily but rarely speaks, dragging a short sentence out over an entire scene. Oddly, he shouts Fore! before swinging, a cry tied to golf rather than the baseball his gear evokes.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Lacking a Devil Fruit, Babe leans on raw power, swinging a four-ton metal bat with ease and shattering brick from a distance through sheer shockwave. His dog Lassoo, once just a gun, swallowed a Dachshund-model Devil Fruit, the Inu Inu no Mi, and now fires timed exploding baseballs that Babe then bats toward foes at brutal speed. Called in alongside his fellow officer agents to the Spiders Cafe for Operation Utopia, he and his partner drew the job of abducting King Nefertari Cobra so that Mr. 2 could impersonate him. The pair later chased Sanji and Chopper to a gate of Alubarna, where Usopp joined the fight against them. Despite their teamwork through Miss Merry Christmas's tunnel network, Usopp tricked Babe by mimicking his partner's voice, causing him to club Miss Merry Christmas by mistake; a fast hammer shot then finished him off. Tashigi's Marines arrested him after Crocodile's downfall, and he was sent to prison. He later escaped with help from Miss Goldenweek, Mr. 5, and Miss Valentine, and ended up working as the delivery boy of the rebuilt New Spiders Cafe, ironically realizing his revealed dream of delivering pizza.
