Appearance

Drophy is a short, heavyset woman of middle age with red hair. Matching her codename, she sports a necktie shaped like a Christmas tree, and her look is rounded out by oversized sunglasses with purple lenses, a basket worn on her back, and sandals. Her Devil Fruit lets her shift into a mole-human hybrid. While locked up she wears the standard striped inmate uniform but keeps her glasses, and after breaking out she adopts an elaborate princess costume.

Personality

In contrast to her sluggish partner, Drophy speaks rapidly in a shrill, childish voice, frequently clipping words down to their first syllable and capping her sentences with a 'Ba.' Her quick mind makes her the strategist of the Mr. 4 duo. Like Crocodile, she sneers at anyone chasing the dream of becoming Pirate King, and she gleefully tells Usopp that Luffy has perished and that a world rid of such dreamers would be better off. She also grumbles endlessly about her aching back, ordering Mr. 4 to rub it, yet she genuinely cares for him and was horrified when she thought Usopp had killed him.

History

Drophy owes her abilities to the Mogu Mogu no Mi, a Zoan fruit that turns her into a mole or a mole-human form and makes her the first female Zoan user shown in the series. She burrows through earth and even solid stone at great speed, surfacing to ambush enemies or vanish from their reach, and she slashes with long, sharp claws. Her stealth let her slip past the heavy guard around the Alubarna palace to abduct King Cobra, and her tunnel network was sturdy enough that she emerged almost unharmed when Lassoo blew it apart. During the Arabasta struggle, Crocodile gathers his officer agents at the Spiders Cafe and later at Rainbase to assign missions, and the Mr. 4 team is told to kidnap Nefertari Cobra, a task they complete. They then move to keep Vivi from reaching the rebels and pursue Sanji and Chopper. Chopper faces the pair until Usopp joins him; after Usopp blinds Mr. 4 with a Smoke Star and Chopper catches Drophy in his antlers, the duped Mr. 4 mistakes her for Usopp and swats her away with his bat. Once Crocodile falls to Luffy, Tashigi's Marines arrest and imprison her. She later escapes alongside other former agents and takes up work as a princess serving food at the new Spiders Cafe, and during the Egghead events she is seen listening to Vegapunk's broadcast.
