Baxcon is a Tontatta dwarf scout from the Tontatta Kingdom who fights in the Dressrosa uprising against the Donquixote Pirates. He later joins Leo's pirate band within the Straw Hat Grand Fleet.
Among the dwarves, Baxcon stands out for his hulking, muscular build and lightly tanned skin. A thick neck supports a face of small eyes and ears, jutting cheekbones, big teeth, and heavy lips. Dark hair sweeps upward above bushy brows that match an equally bushy beard, and a dark tail trails behind him. He keeps to dark trousers fastened with a studded belt, with a matching sash running across his chest.
Baxcon says little, so his temperament stays mostly a mystery. What does come through is courage: he threw himself into harm's way so his fellow dwarves could press ahead with Operation SOP. In terms of strength he holds his own, helping topple Lao G with backup from Nubon and Daikon, though the trio could not inflict much real damage on the officer.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Baxcon first surfaced inside the Riku Royal Army base concealed beneath the flower fields, where he and the other dwarves greeted Thunder Soldier as he brought Franky in. Standing near Cotton and Inhel during a scouting report, he was stunned when Franky and Zoro confirmed they counted among the so-called legendary heroes. He then listened to Thunder Soldier lay out the plan dubbed Operation SOP, a scheme to tunnel into the underground and bring down Sugar, the officer whose fruit turns people into toys.
When the operation launched, Baxcon helped ferry Robin through the tunnel to the underground trade port, then went with Thunder Soldier's group toward the palace to strike at Doflamingo. The squad ran into Lao G and struggled, but when Pica's clash with Luffy shook the palace, Baxcon and the others pinned the officer down so Thunder Soldier could advance. He was later recovered by Kin'emon and Wicca and fled to the surface as the betrayed toys turned on their rescuers. He took part in wrecking the SMILE factory, helped shove the shrinking Birdcage back, and celebrated once Luffy finally felled Doflamingo. Afterward the dwarves saluted Kyros, and Baxcon was seen with Leo as the Marines mobilized.
Following the Straw Hats' departure, Baxcon enlisted in Leo's newly minted pirate crew, which returned to help the people of Dressrosa rebuild and marveled at the new ship the grateful citizens gifted them.
