Belladonna belongs to the Kuja tribe and acts as the physician of Amazon Lily. Though the island lies far removed from the wider world, her grasp of medicine runs deep, and she treated Luffy after he was found ashore.
The high cheekbones cutting across her face are her most striking feature. In other respects Belladonna carries the dark hair and dark eyes typical of Kuja warriors, with skin tanned to a shade near Rindo's.
Her clothing, made from animal hide like the rest of her tribe, leaves much exposed; she is usually seen in a purple laced blouse with matching bottoms. A green bandana wraps her forehead, and resting over it sits a pair of pinkish-red glasses with no lenses.
Even amid danger Belladonna stays calm and unruffled, betraying no fear or concern when she set Luffy aflame or when the blaze threatened to consume her own home.
Her understanding of medicine is plainly extensive in spite of her isolation from the outside world, and her abilities as a healer reach a high standard. That said, like all of the Kuja she knows nothing about Devil Fruits.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
After Luffy washed up senseless on Amazon Lily, Belladonna told Marguerite and Sweet Pea to pull the Body Mushrooms off him, scorch away their roots, and bathe him in the river. It was there that Elder Nyon learned he was a man, and once his injuries were treated he was thrown into a cell. When inquisitive Kuja gathered to watch him, his arm stretched out to snatch back his straw hat, and as the warriors raised their snake bows, Belladonna reminded them that Marguerite had been the one to save his life; they fired regardless, and he slipped away through the roof.
She was thrilled when Boa Hancock reversed the stone curse afflicting Marguerite, Sweet Pea, and Aphelandra. Later she was called to look over the unwell Snake Princess, whose curious malady left her stumped until Nyon placed it. Much further on, during the Egghead events, she sat with Marguerite and Cosmos to hear Vegapunk's worldwide message.
